During the first meeting we will need to confirm full details of your personal and financial circumstances and establish realistic financial objectives. Subject to the relevant agreement, work will then commence on researching the various options prior to providing a report tailored to your individual requirements. Our Personal Finance Review will present a series of recommendations and the reasons behind each of our proposals.
At this stage you are under no obligation to take up these recommendations and the fees incurred will simply be for the research and the report. These fees will have been agreed with you beforehand.
Deciding to pursue our recommendations is the second step - we will assist you with the paperwork if you require and ensure that the plans are properly implemented. However, it is important that your investments and plans are regularly reviewed to ensure that they continue to meet your objectives. For most of our clients we provide a report on the value and performance of their portfolios at 12 monthly intervals. This will include further recommendations to take advantage of changes in legislation and maximise tax opportunities, or it may simply confirm that the portfolio is performing as it should. Our annual charge for this service varies according to the time spent and is offset by any renewal commissions received on your behalf. We will make you aware of the likely costs before starting the report.
