Gilbert Stephens becomes an 'LLP'

On 1 July 2010 the Gilbert Stephens partnership transferred its business to a limited Liability Partnership. We will practise under the name “Gilbert Stephens LLP”.

The LLP will be owned by the partners of the current firm and managed by the present management team.

We believe that an LLP is a more modern and transparent business structure which will allow us to develop our practice over the coming years. This will not affect either the delivery or the quality of our service.

We remain fully committed to you and to the service which we provide. There will be no changes of address, telephone number or other contact details, and apart from the structural change it will be very much “business as usual”.
