Liz has a particular interest in elderly client and mental capacity issues, including care home funding, Powers of Attorney and applications to the Court of Protection. Her work also includes Will drafting, Inheritance Tax planning, the administration and taxation of Trusts and Estates and assisting clients with the completion of their personal tax returns.

She qualified as a Solicitor in 1989, having joined the firm in 1987 and has been a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners since 1996.

Liz has a part time role within the firm to enable her to meet the needs of her school age daughter.
