Before studying law Alexandra studied history at Aberystwyth university and graduated in 2006. She then went on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law at Guildford College of Law followed by the Legal Practice Course at Bristol Institute of Legal Practice.
Outside of work she enjoys running in the countryside, camping, and spending time with her friends and family.

Kim obtained her LLB law degree from Reading University following which she successfully completed the post graduate Legal Practice Course at Exeter University. Kim joined Gilbert Stephens in 2006.
Kim deals with all aspects of civil litigation matters including debt recovery, neighbour disputes and Landlord and Tenant matters. Kim also has experience dealing with a wide range of personal injury claims including road traffic accidents, accidents at work and occupiers liability.
Kim advises on employment issues and acts for both employers and employees.

Following a management career in both the private and public sectors Philip joined Gilbert Stephens in September 2000. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Services and is responsible for the management and administration of non-legal activities within the firm, including finance, IT and HR.
Outside interests include his family, fishing, reading historical novels and tennis, which is now played at very 'gentlemanly' pace. He is a committed and active member of a large local Church.

Deborah joined Gilbert Stephens in January 2010 having moved to Devon from Buckinghamshire. She read English with History at the Open University, then studied Law with the College of Law in Birmingham, qualifying as a Solicitor in November 2007. She undertakes residential conveyancing based at our Sidmouth Office.
She is married with three children and enjoys living by the sea and exploring the Devon countryside with her family and dog.
