Family Law Fixed Fee Packages

Our Family Team has always been committed to helping clients deal with family problems, when possible, in ways that are non-confrontational and try to avoid the delay and expense of contested Court proceedings.

Many people are able to make decisions about the future between themselves, without the need to involve lawyers, but then find that they cannot afford the cost of recording an agreement in a legally binding way or ending a marriage or civil partnership.

With this in mind, we are now able to offer fixed fee packages which will cover the cost of the legal steps needed in these situations and mean that you know exactly where you are with legal bills.

We offer -

• A FREE half hour interview at the commencement of the matter

• A clear understanding from the outset of the work that will be done on your behalf

• All work undertaken by a fully qualified and experienced family lawyer who is a member of Resolution

• A personal service at online prices.

If unforeseen problems should arise we can advise you, explain the options available and take whatever action you decide upon for an additional fee which we will always try to agree with you in advance.

Fixed Fee Details

DIVORCE/DISSOLUTION OF CIVIL PARTNERSHIP - £340.00

Acting for Petitioner (the person who is applying for the divorce)

DIVORCE/ DISSOLUTION OF CIVIL PARTNERSHIP - £200.00

Acting for Respondent (when your spouse/civil partner has applied for the divorce/ dissolution) - (no Court fees payable)

DETAILED DIAGNOSTIC INTERVIEW - £125.00

up to one hours detailed advice on any family law issue to help you assess your options

CLEAN BREAK CONSENT ORDER - £200.00

 

PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY AGREEMENT - £150.00

 

CHANGE OF NAME DECLARATION - £70.00

All prices exclude VAT and court fees if payable. Our fixed fees for divorce/dissolution apply to uncontested matters. We will provide you with details of what is included in our fixed fees when we first meet you.
