Terry qualified as a solicitor in 1979 and is a specialist in Family Law with particular emphasis on the financial consequences of relationship breakdown, including issues relating to property and pensions. He also an experienced Family Mediator, dealing with all issues, and is qualified to meet with children as part of the mediation process. He has trained and practises as a Collaborative Lawyer and is a member of the Law Society’s Panels for both Family Law and Family Mediation. He is also a member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association). Married, with two grown up childen (and Max the Cairn Terrier), Terry was born and grew up in the East Devon area and remains closely involved in the local community.
