Tim is an experienced Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and member of the Society of Estate and Trust Practitioners. He began his legal training at our Sidmouth Office, rejoining us in January 2005 after spending over 20 years with another Devon firm.
Born in Devon Tim deals with all aspects of Will and Power of Attorney preparation, Inheritance Tax mitigation, estate and trust administration and administration of affairs under powers of attorney and receiverships.
He is married with two young daughters and in the little spare time he has is often seen on stage in Axminster. He is also an active member of the town's Guildhall Management Committee and Arts Association and is former Chairman of the Drama Club.
