Having been involved in financial services all her working life, Elaine joined the firm in 2003 as a part-time secretary.

Her role was then developed and she now provides administrative support to both Independent Financial Advisers at Gilbert Stephens.

During her time with the firm she has gained several qualifications with the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Elaine lives locally and has one daughter.
