Gilbert Stephens LLP is a multi-role practice that has been in business for well over one hundred years, with offices in Exeter, Ottery and Sidmouth.
We have the ability to help with most private and business related matters at any of our offices, including family law and mediation, wills, trusts, probate and tax, residential conveyancing and personal injury. We are also able to help with Investment advice, mental health and elderly client issues and related affairs.
There are specialist departments that deal with commercial conveyancing (including landlord and tenant matters), trust law and associated financial planning.
We are a people business. We take time to understand what our clients need -meeting face to face to get to grips with problems. We discuss routes forward and offer sound and reasoned advice efficiently to create solutions which meet our clients' objectives.
